1. PRELIMINARY REGULATIONS
The NutritionCalculator.com website with all subdomains is maintained by IT Solutions Aleksander Markiewicz, Pełcznica 26A, 55-080 Kąty Wrocławskie, Numer NIP 8792228667, Numer REGON 021871431

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The Regulations define the rules of using the NutritionCalculator.com website and all subdomains.
2.2. The user should read the content of these regulations at the latest at the time of registration on the website.
2.3. Any changes to the regulations will be published on the NutritionCalculator.com website in the Regulations tab.
2.4. The sales contract is concluded between the Ordering Party, hereinafter referred to as the "User", and IT Solutions hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier".
2.5. The contract for the sale of services is concluded in accordance with EU law, including the Polish law applicable to the User and English appropriate for the Supplier.
2.6. The Internet service sells products exclusively in Europe, including for Users in Poland via the Polish-language website.
2.7. Glossary of terms used in the Regulations and definitions.
The Supplier, whenever the Regulations refer to the Supplier, means the Service Provider and the Payment Recipient; whenever the Regulations refer to the Seller or the Recipient of Payments, it means the Supplier.

 

 

 

Regulation The legal basis for the development of the Nutrition Calculator results is Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on the provision of food information to consumers.

User - a natural person, company, legal person or an organizational unit that is not a legal person, which the law grants to legal capacity, which makes a payment for goods or services offered by the Supplier, or uses them.

Strona / Serwis NutritionCalculator.com internet service, enabling the calculation of nutritional and energy values ​​for recipes and RWS values, vitamins and minerals.

Service / Product - online access to a computer program in an online version that allows for enumeration of nutritional values, energy values, RWS values, vitamin content, mineral content for a food recipe.

Price - current prices are always included on the NutritionCalculator.com site in the Offer tab, and in the order form filled out on the website during the purchase.

Order completion of the order form products/services and effective confirmed delivery of the Supplier.

Payment made by the Payer of an individual payment to the Supplier using the System. Each payment is specified in the System, at least by an order number, date, amount, method of payment.

Przelewy24 - one of the payment transfer methods, and at the same time Przelewy24 Service, which provides customers with various payment methods, accepts Customer Payments, confirms to the Seller the payment and transfers these payments to the Seller's account.

Transaction panel. The panel is available to the Payer in order to select the payment method and redirection to the Intermediate Body by means of which the Supplier accepts the payment.

Intermediary institution of the Payment Service Provider or other entity through which the User transfers funds for the payment of the Supplier, in particular a bank, an authorization and billing center, a postal operator, a payment agent, and a payment services office.

Business Day (Employee's Supplier's Work Day) A day during IT Solutions working hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and public holidays, in which the IT Solutions entity operates, performing activities provided for by the provisions of the Regulations referring to the term " Working day"

3. PRINCIPLES OF USING THE NUTRITIONCALCULATOR.COM
3.1. The condition to start using the Website is registration within its framework, on the portal available at www.nutritioncalculator.com

3.2. Registration takes place by completing and accepting the registration form, available on the Website.

3.3. The condition of registration is to agree to the content of the Regulations and provide personal data marked as mandatory, including email addresses.

3.4. The condition for using the paid functions of the Website is payment for access to them.

3.5. The Supplier may deprive the User of the right to use the Website, as well as limit its access to some or all of the Website's resources, with immediate effect, if the User violates the Regulations, in particular when the User:
a) provided during registration on the Website with untrue, inaccurate or outdated data, misleading or infringing the rights of third parties;
b) committed, through the Website, an infringement of personal rights of third parties, in particular, personal rights of other Users;
c) committed other behaviors that will be considered by the Supplier to be inconsistent with applicable law or general principles of using the Internet or harm the good name of the Supplier and its partners;

3.6. A user who has been deprived of the right to use the Website may not re-register without the prior consent of the Supplier

3.7. The user is obliged in particular to:
a) not providing or forwarding content prohibited by law, e.g. content that promotes violence, defamatory or violates personal rights and other rights of third parties;
b) use of the Website in a way that does not interfere with its operation, in particular through the use of specific software and devices,
c) refrain from taking actions such as: sending or posting unsolicited commercial information (spam) within the unsolicited Party,
d) use the Website in a manner that is not harmful for other Users and for the Supplier,
e) use any content posted on the Website only for personal use;
f) use the Website in a manner consistent with the provisions of the law in force on the territory of the Republic of Poland, the provisions of the Regulations, as well as the general principles of using the Internet.
